Advancing Workforce Inclusion
The ANS Workforce Attachment Program strengthened employment pathways for African Nova Scotians this year by developing a new Workforce Attachment Framework and establishing a Regional Employability Advisory Committee, six MOUs, and 19 referral partnerships. By addressing systemic employment barriers and providing wrap-around supports, the program aims to help more African Nova Scotian job seekers pursue career opportunities and succeed in the workforce.
